Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions – Taíno Project Consultation (1 Hour) 1. Payment & Enrollment - Full payment of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your 1-hour Taíno Consultation session. - The consultation is scheduled for the agreed-upon date and time. 2. Refunds & Cancellations - All sales are final. Once payment is received, there are no refunds. - Clients may reschedule the consultation date to a different available time if needed. 3. Rescheduling - If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule via email at info@casaareyto.com - Missed sessions without notice will be considered forfeited. 4. Additional Work Outside the Consultation - Any additional materials, research, or written content requested that goes beyond the 1-hour consultation will be billed at an hourly rate of $50. - These costs will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full before delivery of the materials. 5. Commitment to Respect - This service provides guidance on Taíno language and culture with respect and authenticity. Clients are expected to honor the cultural integrity of the material shared.
